My name is Florentine and I am a positive, bubbly, outspoken and open minded person. I would like to thank my wonderful parents for these traits, who took me from a small Caribbean island called Aruba, to the fantastic sophisticated city of Paris in France, and to the grounded but very international country also known as The Netherlands. 

I have fallen in love with reviewing ever since I spotted book bloggers writing about their opinions on book they adore (or sometimes not so much). Throughout my blogging, I found the genres that I like the most and enjoy writing honest, constructive and creative reviews about. 

I love Young Adult, dystopian, thriller, horror, adventurous, mystical, Sci-Fi, and romantic books! I would like to think that I am a very open minded person so I would almost be open to anything else that strikes my interest and may deviate a little from my book genre preferences.

Hi there! This is Ayanami of Whatever You Can Still Betray. Funny name really for a book blog. I didn't imagine John LeCarre will one day be my banner name although it the blog is not as tragic as it sounds. *laughter*. 
My name is Myrtle. Sheesh, there goes my anonymity.  Anyway, I go by Ayanami Faerudo (I don't want to explain about it - too long) online.  
I'm a graduate student, major in Asian Studies. I'm a bibliophile who reads all kinds of books, mostly YA, and manga - a passion that spawned this book/random things blog. I keep a journal where I write all the dreams that I remember. I watch films, whatever their genre except indie and I occasionally talk about them in this blog.  I don't watch that much TV but if ever I do, it's mostly tuned in on cooking or house improvement shows. I am one of those who are gaga over anime and a certain farm boy who says "As you wish". I don't like spicy food but I'm a certified chocoholic.

I started blogging right around  the time I stopped writing for fun and began writing with the internet to publish. After several long years of rewriting, revising, submitting, and banging my head off the keyboard, I entered my third YA novel, OUT OF NOWHERE, in the 2012 Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award Contest (the entire experience is outlined in my blog, in detail). I made it all the way to the Top 3 in the YA category. In June 2012, I self-published my first two contemporary YA books, JUST YOU and SOMEONE ELSE.

I Blog, You Read

My blog features YA popular titles and Independent authors as well. My goal is to feature all realms of teen fiction and to let other teen readers be aware of the multiple books available. I work in a book store and the teen market is intensely growing and I found both adult and young adult consumers lost in the shuffle. The Book Lover's Report 

Reading and writing are my favorite things to do. So, I decided to combine the two things I like to do most, and now here we are. I am a young adult book reviewer/blogger, who is a young adult (teen, 16) herself. I mostly prefer any book with a little bit of romance (what can I tell you? I'm a romantic), though I will read almost any ya book. Viva la Bookworm

Hi guys! My name is Camille and I'm a teenager who spends a little too much time with the books (not that that's entirely a bad thing!) High school can get boring sometimes when it's not stressing me, so my favorite thing to do when I'm not freaking out over math tests is to read. Romance, fantasy, and especially YA Fiction, you name it, I'll read it. 

Obsessive Compulsive reader is my middle name. So I thought, what better way to share my love for reading than to make a blog? Thus Viva la Bookworm was born. My philosophy is I'm only young once so I might as well read as many YA novels as I possibly can before I get older than these characters. I review whatever I can get my hands on, and with my library being across the street from my school (it's awesomely huge), my book shelves are always full.
