JC's Book Haven

I love to read! Great, good, bad, and everything in between - all books are worth it because you at least get a new quote or character you haven't met yet. My favorite genres are Urban Fantasy, Paranormal, and Dystopia although I have been known to enjoy some Romance novels and other Fiction works. I will be posting reviews, news, and any other related tidbits about these types of books.

I started Ashley's Bookshelf in May of 2010, but I did not start posting as much until July. I have been fascinated ever since and it has become like an obsession to me. I have always liked to read and now I have a place to share my thoughts with. I get very excited whenever I am asked to do a review or if someone says yes. I love helping others spread the word of their products and I feel like I am doing my part in helping them. I am a 19 year old Nursing student at ABAC and God is #1 in my life!

Some Books and Coffee just started last May 16, 2011. It didn’t really started on WordPress. We built SBC on Tumblr, because first of all, we weren't familiar on how to blog on WordPress, and second, we are very used to editing themes on Tumblr. Just this August 29, 2011, we gave WordPress a try, and after a few hours, we have transferred SBC from Tumblr to WordPress.

SBC features Young-Adult literature. It’s the central foundation of the blog. It has a daily dose of book reviews, memes, and news on the latest bestselling novels on the block. SBC is the perfect place for YA bibliophiles to browse for book reviews, while drinking coffee.

I love books, no that's not quite right. I love words. I read them, I write them and sometimes I even sing them :) Some good books helped me through the darkest days of my life and I feel like I can overcome every obstacle if I have a good book with me.

I live in a small village with my family, my dog and some of my best friends just a few minutes away. I review books, talk about authors, bring in the latest news and try out the advices of others about writing.

Within Pages

As a new blog, I use this as a space to review books and share my thoughts on why or why I did not like a particular book. I also use it as a way to get book news, releases, and more out to the readers! I do read mostly YA books in a variety of genres including fantasy, paranormal, dystopian, contemporary, and more. I may feature the occasional adult book on the site but reviews clearly state age groups, but adult books are not the focus. As a veteran blogger, I have strong ideas for growth with the blog to move into giveaways, blog tours, and author interviews someday!

I'm EvilEva and I run the blog Nancy Drew Is My Homegirl. Books are my life. I love to read and I love recommending good books to friends. That's why I started this blog. I review mostly YA but i'll occasionally sprinkle in a little chick-lit, kid-lit, horror, sci-fi, fantasy and anything else I find that interests me. I also report on book related news.

I'm a HUGE Supernatural fangirl too so I write weekly recaps of each episode.

My blog is full of fun, sassy goodness so please check it out. : )

The Book Twirps are a group of book lovers that decided to get together and review the books we read in hopes of helping out authors, passing on our love for books and possibly introducing you to books you may not have heard of. Our site contains book reviews (at this time, mainly YA Fiction), book related news that we find interesting/exciting, as well as various meme listings (Teaser Tuesday, Waiting on Wednesday, Cover Crazy, etc). We will also be doing contests, author interviews, guest blogs and participating in Book Tours.

If you are a publisher or author who would like for one of us to review your book, please read our review policy and then contact us using the “contact us” form on our website.

When Blog and Book Collide

Hello. I'm Rollie, swimming in an ocean of books in Philippines. A graduating student of an engineering course. Supposedly, I am to solve problems than read novels. I read different genres but YA novels are the one I prefer the most. I also love sci-fi, dystopia, steampunk, urban fantasy, epic fantasy and paranormal. I also read Adult's Fiction since it's too obvious that I am at my legal age to read that kinds of book.   When Blog and Book Collide is about book reviews, book discussions and  the literary world's updates.

I started this blog in the beginning of January 2011 as an idea to have a form of online diary as well as a place to keep track of all the books I was reading. After a few days of realizing that I didn't really post much else than books I decided to turn it into a full on book blog. I figured I could give blogging a chance and see if anyone else liked what I was saying (other than my mom, who is probably reading this so Hi Mom!). I mostly read Young Adult literature and that's what the reviews on this blog will most likely stick to. I have plans to post more reviews on books as I read them. Some will get one page some will be lumped together. I also plan to share book news, and if this goes anywhere I would love to host contests and giveaways. My goal for this blog is just to have people that read my reviews and want to go and read the books and any other book.  Thanks so much for taking the time to read this I appreciate it!

My name is Mariana and I'm a brazilian-19-year-old girl. Muito Pouco Crítica (in english, A Little Bit Critic) is a blog where I promote books by reviewing it, making giveaways and showing news. It's a brazilian blog, but I try to do english reviews, too. I review what I like to read, so the most content is about YA and chick-lit. Also, I have plans to post some interactive posts in english, too.
