Bio: I'm an Australian author of eighteen books of poetry and verse-novels for young adults. My YA books include "by the river"; "lonesome howl" ("Wolf" in the USA); "love, ghosts and nose hair"; "Cold Skin"; "the simple gift" ; and "a place like this". Predictably enough, my blog is about writing, football (that's soccer to some!) and my travels.
